HOT HONEY MANGO SALSA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced (optional)
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons Heatwave Hot Honey
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the diced mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, tomato, and cilantro.

  2. Dress the Salsa: Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture. Drizzle the Heatwave Hot Honey on top.

  3. Season: Sprinkle with salt to taste and gently toss everything together until well combined.

  4. Chill: Let the salsa sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. Serve: Enjoy with tortilla chips, grilled fish, or chicken!

TIPS:

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of cumin or smoked paprika.
