Grilled Heatwave Hot Honey Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons Heatwave Hot Honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions:
- Marinate Shrimp: In a medium bowl, whisk together Heatwave Hot Honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
- Prepare Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill Shrimp: Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and slightly charred. Remove from the grill and set aside.
