GRILLED HEATWAVE HOT HONEY SHRIMP

Grilled Heatwave Hot Honey Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons Heatwave Hot Honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate Shrimp: In a medium bowl, whisk together Heatwave Hot Honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
  2. Prepare Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  3. Grill Shrimp: Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and slightly charred. Remove from the grill and set aside.
  4. Serve: Serve the grilled shrimp immediately. Optionally, you can serve them over rice or as a topping for a salad.
