HOT HONEY BOURBON LEMONADE

Ingredients:

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
• 1 oz Heatwave Hot Honey
• 4 oz cold water or club soda
• Ice cubes
• Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Honey Syrup:

   • In a small bowl or glass, mix the Heatwave Hot Honey with a tablespoon of warm water to make it easier to mix into the lemonade.
     
     

2. Mix the Lemonade:

   • Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
   • Add the bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and the prepared hot honey syrup.
   • Shake well until thoroughly mixed and chilled.
     
     

3. Serve:

   • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
   • Pour the bourbon mixture over the ice.
   • Top with cold water or club soda and stir gently to combine.
   • Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
