Ingredients:
- 4 salmon filets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup hot honey (HEATWAVE)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together Heatwave Hot Honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Place the salmon in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the glaze over the salmon, making sure to coat each filet evenly. Allow the salmon to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15-30 minutes
Step 3: Transfer the salmon filets to a baking sheet, spoon any excess glaze from the marinade over the top of the salmon to create a flavorful crust.
Step 4: Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Step 5: Once the salmon is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and drizzled with more Heatwave Hot Honey, if desired.
