- 2 pre-made flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp Heatwave Hot Honey
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
- In a medium bowl, mix the chicken pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

Assemble the Flatbread:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbreads or naan on a baking sheet.
- Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over each flatbread.

Add the Chicken:
- Distribute the cooked chicken pieces evenly over the cheese on each flatbread.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the chicken and cheese.

- Place the flatbreads in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.

Finish with Hot Honey:
- Remove the flatbreads from the oven.
- Drizzle the Heatwave Hot Honey over the top of the flatbreads.

- Slice the flatbreads into pieces and serve hot.
