- 2 racks of baby back ribs

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your choice)
- Wood chips for smoking (hickory or applewood recommended)
Instructions:

Season Ribs:
- Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.

Prepare Smoker:
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Add wood chips according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Smoke Ribs:
- Place the ribs in the smoker, bone side down. Smoke for 3 hours.

Wrap Ribs:
- Remove ribs from the smoker.
- Place each rack on a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Brush Heatwave Hot Honey over the ribs.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil and return to the smoker for another 2 hours.

- Unwrap the ribs and discard the foil.
- Brush ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Return ribs to the smoker, unwrapped, for 1 hour to set the sauce.
